The magazine in tabloid format is privately published by Kazumi Kurigami.
Kurigami has been one of the most active photographers here in Japan.
His main stage is commissioned works but he has been blowing his own aesthetic sense into each project.
On the magazine, he is totally free to consist of his artwork.
Kazuhiro Kiyohara is featured on the first issue, and also we can see his unpublished personal works.
-Love is desire, and subjects of desire are always obscure: before I can feel it, it changes and doesn’t feel real. Seeking love is time wasted, like pressing the shutter in darkness. Therefore, shooting something erodes my body and quenches my soul, as the image of my subject of desire gradually emerges. In other words, the act of shooting photographs is a kind of ”cure”.
